I would like to be able to track which kiosk a guest signs into and to track the time that they are on site in relation to the which kiosk they sign into.

I set up employees into 2 groups and that works fine can i do the same for the guests that sign into a kiosk on each of the two sites?

Currently there is no feature to track which kiosk guests sign into. However, you can view guest reports by opening up the EIOBoard application, clicking the More button at the top, and selecting reports; there are two guest reports: Guest Visits Summary, and Guest Visits Detail. The Guest Visits Summary provides daily summaries of when guests arrive, depart, how long they stayed, their company, and who they were there to see. The Guest Visits Detail is very similar, but shows the different statuses of the guests and the Elapsed Time for each.
