Application Interface
The application is installed on your computer and can be minimized to your system tray. This is our most feature-rich interface to EIOBoard supporting Outlook and GroupWise synchronization, a personal and shared calendar, resource management, timecards, presence sensing, auto status changes on startup and shutdown, and pop-up status notifications. The application is currently the only interface to support Windows authentication (Customer-Hosted only) and our internal-only instant messaging.

The mobile interface can be accessed from anywhere in the world using any web-enabled mobile device such as a cell phone, BlackBerry, or Palm that can connect to the web site where EIOBoard is hosted (on eioboard.com if EIOBoard-hosted or your external site if customer-hosted). Users of this portable technology can update their status, check others' statues, send a quick note, or get others' contact information that they might need while on the road or out of the office.

Kiosk Interface
The kiosk interface runs on a strategically placed touch or non-touch screen computer. Organizations can now have central stations where their users can update and view their status and read and reply to notes. This interface can control door locks and integrate with card and fingerprint readers.
