Telephone Integration (TAPI)

EIOBoard Telephone Integration (TAPI) feature automatically changes your status to "On the Phone" when you're on a call. You are also able to add Caller ID information as a comment to indicate who you are speaking with, and pre-select a status to change back to once you hang up the phone.
