guest login tracking per site

I would like to be able to track which kiosk a guest signs into and to track the time that they are on site in relation to the which kiosk they sign into.

I set up employees into 2 groups and that works fine can i do the same for the guests that sign into a kiosk on each of the two sites?

When working out the price per the website for cloud based-is that per year, per month, one time? A 50 user for 150 in add on was 650...per ??

We are setting up our system and I have been tring to set it up with two locations. I have 20 employees in one location and 20 at the other and 10 employees are shared between the two sights.

both sights have a kiosk and I would like for them to only show the workers that are located and asigned to each site and the shared employees show up on the kiosk at the sight that they check into.

If I change information on one Interface will it affect all of them?
